ThreePDS was founded in 2003 in Texas—in the wake of the Y2K transition, the dot-com bust, and just after 9/11—a time when businesses were uncertain, markets were shifting, and trust was more important than ever.
And it all started with a challenge.
Someone once told our founder, “You can’t.”
Instead of backing down, that moment became the spark.
At a time when hiring felt broken, a small group of people asked a simple question:
Why is hiring good people so unnecessarily hard?
Companies were overwhelmed with resumes. Candidates were often overlooked. And somewhere in between, great talent and great opportunities kept missing each other.
So, ThreePDS was built on a simple but powerful idea:
what if we just did this better?
That question became the foundation of ThreePDS.
From day one, our mission has never been simply filling jobs. It has been about creating opportunities, building lasting partnerships, and helping companies grow with the right people behind them. What began as a Texas-based staffing firm quickly evolved into a trusted recruiting and consulting partner supporting organizations across the United States and Canada.
